Hi, I’m Jason — co-founder of Halo Property Solutions, husband to Janice, and proud dad of two daughters. We started Halo with a simple goal: to serve people going through hard times with honesty, respect, and real solutions. I meet with homeowners, listen to their story, and work to find the best path forward — whether that means buying the property ourselves or connecting them with the right help.

I’ve lived in the Ventura and L.A. area most of my life and love the opportunity to invest in the neighborhoods we know and care about. When I’m not working, you’ll find me grilling in the backyard, hiking a local trail, or enjoying the ocean with my family. I believe people deserve to be treated with compassion — especially when they’re facing big life changes — and that’s what drives everything we do at Halo.

Janice Myers

I’m Janice — wife, mom of two girls, and co-founder of Halo Property Solutions. Our mission is personal to me. Years ago, my own mother went through foreclosure, and it was a kind, honest investor who helped her out of that situation. That moment stuck with me. Now, we get to be that same kind of help for others — offering real solutions with empathy and integrity.
I’ve called Ventura County home for over 15 years, and I love serving the community we’re raising our family in. With a background in project management and creative work, I bring both strategy and heart to every homeowner we meet. Outside of Halo, you’ll usually find me designing, at a school event, or hiking with our Blue Heeler pup, Rocket. Helping people feel seen and supported during life’s hard seasons — that’s why we do what we do.
